Kora is 4 months old today! Crazy how quickly time flies. She has grown so

much in that amount of time...she has also blessed us greatly. I am so thankful

for her everyday. She wakes up with a huge smile on her face ready and excited

to start a new day. I love peaking over her cradle and seeing her face light up when she sees me

She is sick for the first time today. She has a cold and it breaks my heart. She has

been coughing all day and her little cute nose is stuffed up. But it hasn't killed her good mood!

table, she always reaches for them and laughs a lot when they give her kisses.

Kora, Grandma and I went to Fred Meyer for the fuschia saturday event.

We had a lot of fun looking at flowers on a beatiful sunny spring day....but it

was a bit chilly as you can tell by Kora's attire :)

Spring is here! We had beautiful 70+ weather this past weekend. I was able

to bust out some of Kora's cute sundresses, she is so adorable in them! I couldn't

resist getting some pictures of her!

Kora is getting bigger and bigger everyday. She is so much fun to laugh and talk to. Cody took a picture of her cute shoes that Jenni and Isaac Marshall got for her so I just had to post it, I am sure you will see more pics of these in the near future....




I bought a bumbo seat for Kora this week. She is just LOVING it!! It is fun for her to be able to sit up and look around more. The first time she sat in it she was super excited to watch me vacuum and then sit by us at the dinner table. Plus, she just looks so stinkin' cute in it!!!

Valentines Day and Kora's First Beach trip!

For Valentine's Day Cody, Kora and I went to our family beach cabin. We were joined by the Sweatman family also. It was a fun weekend of laughing, games and nice weather. It was exciting to take Kora to the cabin for the first time as it is my favorite place in the whole world and I know we will have many fun family memories there in the years to come.

Sunriver

We took Kora for her first vacation! We spent a long weekend in Sunriver with the whole Weso family. We had a blast! We snowshoed, rode bikes, found a place to sled off the side of the road, played lots of games, and relaxed around the cabin. It was a great weekend.

Kora is growing so fast!

Hey ya'll! Thought I better get this thing updated and also commit to adding pics of some upcoming exciting events! Kora is now over 7 weeks old. It is hard to believe that she has been in our lives now (well, externally) for almost two months. We are loving every minute of getting to know her. She is smiling now and even "cooing" and squeeling in delight at us. She just keeps getting cuter every day! Here is a pic that was from a few weeks ago. It is hard to capture her smile in a picture, but I will hopefully have some to share soon.

This weekend we will head out to Sunriver for a fun long weekend with my family. We are super excited to take Kora on her first vacation! The following weekend Kora will be dedicated at our church. We are looking forward to this event. While Kora is already commited to the Lord and we have accepted our responsibilty as parents to be an example to her and lift her up it will be nice to acknowledge that in front of our church family. THEN, the weekend after that we will spend 4 days at our family beach cabin! I am SOOO excited to take her there. I grew up going to the beach and in our family cabin and I have always looked forward to taking my kids there one day...and that day is finally here!! YAY!

Baby Kora and Snow!!

It has been a while since I last posted anything...I've been a little busy :) We welcomed baby Kora Lynn Meyer on Monday December 8, th at 7:48pm. She is absolutely beautiful and we are loving every minute of getting to know her. Cody is the best Dad in the world like I knew he would be and I can just tell that she is going to be a little daddy's girl. Here are a few pictures of her as well as the house in the first snow this winter...who would of thought we would be trucking through snow to get to church for the first time when Kora is just 6 days old!?! What fun though! Thank you everyone for all your thoughts and prayers during this time, we are very appreciative.
